I tend to shy away from cut and glue activities during speech. Cutting eats time (and I don't really enjoy cutting things out, myself) and glueing can get messy, but, these have become one of my favorite wild card activities for days that (1) you have an IEP that takes up all of your spare planning moments (which I mean, come on, happens a LOT!) or (2) you have a wild speech mix in one group and you've been struggling to find something that works for everyone (which I am getting better with, but has happened to me a LOT, as well!). I probably use the Language/Listening one the most, but the artic/phonology one has been used several times. Holy lifesaver, Batman - this series has made my life a little easier this school year!
